Today we called to wish Benaldo happy birthday, and found out he is no longer at 3As. You-You and I cried and she told me his mother took him back yesterday. Robb and I feel mostly sad for him and what he must be going through. He has been fed and loved by 3As staff for almost two years. The only thing at this point we feel angered about is, we were not able to get the proper blessing for him when I was in Haiti last time. It is something we believe strongly in doing for our children. We pray God watches over his amazing little spirit and keeps him and his mother, father, brother and sister safe. I pray Robb and I to be Christ like and find peace in the lesson before us. Thank you to all our friends and family who we know are also feeling a loss today.

oh honey, i'm so sorry! i'm praying for your whole family! like i said this morning, the Lord has a great plan for benaldo's life; i believe that. He won't let him fall away. benaldo is still in HIs hands. we will trust in Him!

Kristina just told me the news. I can't even imagine what you are going through. We will definitely be praying for you and your family and especially Benaldo.
Oh my gosh. I *struggled* through the waiting/adoption of our two precious Haitian sons. We went through incredibly crazy ups and downs during our process-- so I can RELATE. But at the same time, I simply cannot even imagine the heart break you are feeling right now. My heart is just breaking for you. Please know our little family in Pennsylvania is praying for you.
